At Prana Flow Retreat , the only essential equipment you need for yoga is a yoga mat, which provides cushioning and traction during poses. Depending on your preferences and practice style, you may also find it beneficial to bring props like blocks, straps, bolsters, or blankets to support your practice. Additionally, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. This setup ensures that you can fully engage in our harmonizing mind, body, and soul activities while enjoying a safe and supportive environment.
