My journey into yoga commenced during a profoundly transformative period in my life when I was a devoted mother caring for a child with special needs. This unique experience illuminated the critical importance of nurturing not just the body, but also the mind and spirit, and I found that yoga became my steadfast anchor, providing me with the resilience and healing I desperately needed The creation of Prana Flow Space is a reflection of my deep desire to share these valuable tools with others, aiming to cultivate a nurturing and supportive environment that fosters healing and growth. As certified yoga and nutrition coach, I have the privilege of teaching at NHS, and I recently honored to engage in a meaningful conversation about the benefits of yoga with Prince William, which further reinforces my unwavering commitment to promoting wellness and well-being through the practice of movement.

In today’s demanding world, finding balance as a woman can feel overwhelming. Like many, I struggled to juggle family, work, and the pressure to be perfect, leaving me drained and unfulfilled. The COVID-19 pandemic served as a wake-up call, highlighting the fragility of life. After losing loved ones, I realized that to support those around me, I first needed to prioritize my own mental and physical health.
This realization inspired a transformative journey of self-love. I connected deeply with Bhakti Yoga, a practice that has always resonated with my spiritual essence. Engaging in mantra meditation brought me immense peace and strength, fostering inner happiness that allowed me to better support my loved ones. I learned that true health comes from sustainable lifestyle choices—it's not about crash diets or exhausting workouts.
Now, I confidently embrace the belief that I am worthy of happiness, and I have integrated self-care into my daily routine. I am excited to share this journey at the Prana Flow Retreat, where I will guide you through mantra meditation and Bhakti Yoga.
