Ajita and Veenu came from two very different walks of life, yet their hearts carried a similar weight — one of longing, healing, and hope. Veenu, a devoted mother, spent years navigating the unpredictable tides of raising a special needs child. The sleepless nights, endless appointments, and emotional roller coasters pushed her to the edge more times than she could count. But in the quiet moments, through breath and movement, she found solace in yoga. It became her sanctuary, teaching her how to breathe through the chaos and find light in the most unexpected corners.
Ajita, on the other hand, faced a different storm. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she lost someone dearest to her — a loss so deep it shattered her sense of control and safety. The world, once familiar, suddenly felt fragile and uncertain. In search of answers and a way to mend her broken spirit, Ajita turned to wellness practices, slowly piecing herself back together through breathwork, meditation, and mindful living.
Their paths crossed serendipitously at a wellness workshop, where their stories unfolded like threads of the same tapestry. What began as simple conversations soon bloomed into a soulful connection. They realized that their individual journeys — though marked by grief, love, and resilience — carried a shared purpose. They dreamed of creating a safe space where others too could find their way back to themselves, just as they had.
And so, Prana Flow Space was born — a retreat not just of yoga and breath, but of stories, healing, and community. Together, Ajita and Veenu transformed their pain into purpose, offering a space where every breath becomes a step toward wholeness, and every movement a reminder that healing is always possible.
