Prana Flow was established through the collaborative vision of two dedicated women committed to healing and transforming. With a strong emphasis on holistic wellness, we have developed a welcoming environment that allows to reconnect through breath, movement, and Bhakti practices. Our vision continues to serve as a source of inspiration and empowerment for individuals as they pursue their personal journeys toward balance, vitality, and inner peace.
